These Griswold No 12 cast iron baking gem pans are very difficult to locate and board on the rare scale. This is one of the earlier variation that date to the 1880s.
This is the 2nd of the 7 different variations. Cups are 2-1/4" x 3/4". No chips, cracks or repairs.Item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process ensures the removal all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. Item is lightly seasoned with one round of Crisco at 450 for 1 hours.
